Accountancy help to ensure that operations of business run more smoothly, that public records are accurate and up to date, and taxes are paid correctly and promptly. An Accountancy career involves the handling, analysis, monitoring, preparation and updating of financial records and accounting related statements. This includes reports on budget, cash flow, expenditure, liquidation, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and management and administrative costs.

Public Accounts
May work on their won or for public accounting firms. As public accountant your most important task is auditing.

Internal Accounts

Work exclusively with a company. You may be need to set up and maintain day to day financial operation of the company and may do handling, analysis, monitoring, preparation and updating of financial records and accounting related statements of the company.

Management Accountants
Serve as consultants to corporate executives. You record and analyze the financial data of your company’s client account in order to help them make a business decisions.

Government Accountants

Examine tax and financial records of private firms, individuals, and government agencies to ensure state revenues are received and expended according to the laws and regulations.

Internal Auditors
Verify the accuracy of the company financial records and checks for any mismanagement, waste or fraud.
